The selection and presentation of beverage in special events is paramount as consumers have become more informed than in the past about wine, beer and spirits. A sommelier on site or involved in the planning stages will ensure that the beverages offered are appropriate and fitting for the affair. A sommelier is trained in all alcoholic product and Smart Served to protect your liability. Our sommeliers are not affiliated with beverage distributors or the Liquor Control Board of Ontario. We source from these companies but the products selected are without bias and based only on what is most suitable for your occasion.

Sommeliers will assist with the presentation prior to and during events. Rental selection, development of themes and food and beverage matching are just some of the services that we can provide. Initial consultation is without charge. The fees for service will vary and are dependent on the extent of your needs. We work with all budgets and are always with one eye on your bottom line.
